Still Life created in the studio from crayons and acrylic paint on the canvas. The arrangement of shapes and materials along with the elements were intentional, but haphazard with considerations of style and composition. I wanted to allow for abstraction and thick heavy cartoonishness come in to emphasize the objects objectness and it’s symbolic meaning.
